What is included in wash, dry and fold?
Everyday machine-washable clothing and standard towels, washed, dried and folded. Specialty garments, oversized bedding and dry-clean-only items require separate review.
How is laundry weight calculated?
By dry weight. If an order is above the selected package allowance, we'll ask you to approve any extra charge before processing it.
Can I request unscented detergent?
Yes. Select a detergent preference when completing your booking.
How quickly will my laundry return?
Our target is 48 hours for standard laundry, subject to booking availability. We confirm the return time when accepting your order.
